world today is all about making money and making money involves starting

specifically to manage the company finance and make sure that all the money is
accounted for in the day to day operation of the business. For one to be
recognized and allowed to practice as a chartered
accountant he/she needs to register with the institute of chartered accountants
after passing the examination which
the body uses to examine students. The exams are usually held twice a year and
the candidate can only appear for the CPT examination after appearing XII
examination.

also granted license to practice in USA.CPA
USA is the accounting qualification in US and to be a certified public accountant
in the US a candidate should have education, pass the examination and have the
required experience. The CAP USA
exam is uniform across all the states and it consist of section with each and
every section focusing in understanding the fundamental principles and how to
apply them in the real life.
The
chartered accountants are obliged to sit for a series of examination and pass
them all before they are accepted as chartered accountants. The CA
results are normally released on the first day
after sixty days of from the date of registration of the CPT examination and
passing the exam one is allowed to register for IPPC.
Though
many people always think that chartered accountants and certified public accountant
re important in a company, the company secretary is also very much important. The Cs result are always released upon
completion and successfully passing of the company secretary examination. The
company secretary normally files the returns regarding the company shares and
making sure that they are correctly declared and also the important files of
the company are well placed. The cs results
are always issued twice a year after successfully sitting for the exams.
